Goodwin Family Funeral Home offers a wide selection of caskets, vaults, and urns to meet the needs of our families. We also offer a variety of register books, in memory cards, thank-you cards, and if needed, clothing. Caskets are basically constructed of either metal or wood. We offer metal caskets made from various metals. Metals are categorized from precious metals down to regular steel, and include: bronze, copper, stainless steel, 16 gauge steel, 18 gauge steel, and 20 gauge steel. Wood caskets are available in many species of wood including: mahogany, walnut, cherry, oak, pecan, poplar, and pine. Outer burial containers, or also referred to as burial vaults, are constructed of concrete. Although not required by law, most cemeteries DO require the use of burial vaults.
