I am so sorry for your loss, I have beeb out of town. I could always count on Betty for a friendly smile and a handshake and a bit of chatter on Sundays at church. She will be missed.

Betty was such a joy to work with in the Radiation Therapy Department at GSH. We had a lot of laughs and good times. She ruled the roost back then in HER department and made sure that everyone towed the line. A beautiful individual both inside and out. May God bless all of you and keep your memories of your mother near your heart.

I'm sorry, I really wish I could be there and send much love to everyone. I will never forget Aunt Sissy's big welcoming smile and warm heart. She always treated me with such kindness and open arms...making me feel like I was part of the family. I wish I could have spent more time with her and will miss her dearly. Love, Kristen

I've known Betty over half my life and went to school with her son Scott who later married my sister Diane and they had 3 awesome kids together, Curtis, Christopher and Caleigh. Her daughter Debbie and I became great friends through the years. I never knew Betty to be anything but sweet and kind to everyone she knew. She doted on her kids Scott, Debbie, David and Bill always and was an active grandmother to all of her grandkids. She made a point to spend quality time with her grandkids and to attend as many school and sporting events as she could! She was immensely proud of her family like any true matriarch would be! Our families often mingled together for different family gatherings from birthdays to graduations to holiday cookouts. Betty was a beautiful person and we will all miss her dearly! My thoughts and prayers go out to all of her family...

Sorry that I will not be able to attend your mother's visitation as I will be out of town. She was a great asset to the hospital, and she will be missed. Always enjoyed visiting with her. You are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. John

I'm so sorry to hear of Betty passing. She was my parents next door neighbor for as long as I can remember. Such a lovely lady. Betty would do anything she could to help a person. She became a very good friend to my mother. We were all sad when she moved. She was loved and will be missed.

My thoughts are with your family. I don't know much about her but she certainly raised a nice son David and my wonderful daughter-in-law Lindsey Paten.
